It's kinda obvious when KT is being dressed up for a certain image (like Maru and his argyle sweaters XD), but I dunno. It can go either way, but since skulls are Kame's personal preference, I'm thinking it's his own style--or at the very least, that he had a hand in choosing it. Ofc we're never know for sure, so I'm making an inference here ^_~
