This was so inutterably cuuuuute. I loved all the realistic elements you wrangled in and then this:
He shrugs and sits himself down, his arm brushing against her elbow.
He doesn't apologise.
She doesn't move away.
So simple, but so powerful. This was so lovely. I'm just going to paw at you to write more. MORE I SAY. ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
