Lol, I'm a Heechul fan too but I find Kame way more manlier than him just based on the fact that Heechul hates physical exertion because he doesn't like to sweat. XDD Both being pretty boys, they're quite opposite personality-wise.
All I know is that the others used to make fun of Kame because he didn't have the 'Johnny's look'. He had bushy brows and narrow eyes before he hit puberty and grew into his features. Ryo even said that Kame was ugly enough to piss ppl off (but Ryo has a sharp tongue so...). Koki and Yamapi have said it too--that they're shocked to see Kame grow up to be so handsome since he used to be so ugly when he was young. Kame has also admitted it (he's referred to himself as the one who looks like he's been punched in the face). Presently he still doesn't like his face, which is a shame. He wishes his features were more gentle. ;_; But he's such a looker now so I hope he gains more confidence.
